Bike surfing, living life and just a hint of Portland irony

The fear of death follows from the fear of life. A man who lives fully is prepared to die at any time. ~Mark
Twain

We cannot banish dangers, but we can banish fears. We must not demean life by standing in awe of death. ~David Sarnoff

Life is either a daring adventure or nothing. Security does not exist in nature, nor do the children of men as a whole experience it. Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than exposure. ~ Helen Keller

Ahhh the irony of it all...

Excellent post, I hate this idea that we all have to live long safe lives, you're not wearing a helmet, that's going to cost me more. Fuck off, living to 100 cost us all too much.
